Madeira Norte condominium is located near the south end of Madeira Beach, Florida, just across the street from Johns Pass village on Johns Pass.

This condo is our family vacation home on Madeira Beach in Florida and we offer it for rent to others. We continually upgrade the condo to keep it nice for our family and guests. Our condo is a direct Gulf front unit. The view from our unit is the best you will find anywhere as the pictures below show. Our primary view is over the beach straight out to the Gulf, but our unit is on the corner of the building so we also enjoy a view off the balconey and out the side bedroom windows looking up the beach for miles, all the way to Redington Beach. Off to the left are great views of Johns Pass and Treasure Island. This also means that at night you have a nice vista of twinkling lights up and down the miles of beaches, rather than just looking out into the dark Gulf. None of these views are obstructed by other buildings or trees.

Madeira Beach is a great place for a beach vacation. The beaches are wide and clean, lightly sprinkled with seashells, and you can walk many miles of uninterrupted beach. The warm gulf waters are seldom rough, and the water depth increases gradually from the beach and there are never dangerous currents. The beach in this area usually has buoys in the water designating it as a swim area so that boats are not allowed go come it too close to the beach where you are swimming.

Madeira Beach is a coastal barrier island, located just across the intercoastal waterway west of the cities of St. Petersburg and Tampa, and between Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach to the south and Redington Beach, Indian Rocks, and Clearwater to the north.

The Tampa airport is 45 minutes away, and it is serviced by many major airlines, which keeps ticket costs low to many cities. The St. Petersburg airport is even closer, though served by less flights.

The close proximity to St. Pete and Tampa allow quick access to restaurants , shopping, entertainment and other big city amenities.

Features:

• Master Bedroom has king size bed, two night stands, and dresser. The sliding doors to the balcony provide an outstanding view of the Gulf and the beach.  The bedroom's side windows provide a view up miles of beach to the north. Remote control TV with cable also.
• Master bathroom has separate vanity areas and sink areas, as well as a separate room with the toilet and full size tub with shower. There is also a walk in closet.
• Second bedroom has twin beds, and dresser and a good view of beach. (some people would even call this a Gulf front view!)
• There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
• The second full bathroom has two entry doors, from both the main hallway and the second bedroom. It has a shower, toilet and vanity sink.
• The kitchen features all electric appliances. Dishwasher, stove with self cleaning oven, refrigerator freezer with icemaker, microwave oven and disposer are all included. There are pots, pans, plates, glassware, silverware, etc. so you should have everything you need for meal preparation.
• There is a full size washer and dryer in a laundry closet at the back of the kitchen.
• Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, loveseat, swivel rocker, remote control color TV, video cassette recorder, and remote control Sony stereo with CD player. Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony directly overlooking the Gulf and the beach.
• The balcony stretches across the front of the whole condo (both living room and master bedroom),and has a dining table, chairs and a reclining lounge chair.
• Heated swimming pool for the building.
• All linens, towels and cookware are provided.
• There is a designated covered parking spot next to the elevator for our condo, so you'll never have to look for a spot, and your car stays cool in the shade.
• Electric heat and air conditioning.
• There is a folding crib in the master bedroom closet. You will need to bring your own sheets for this.
• There are usually folding beach chairs, beach toys, wacky noodles, and a couple of beach towels in the front hall closet, but none of this is guaranteed as they are easily lost and broken.

View from the beach. Our unit is on the closest corner, beachside, 3d floor (middle floor). The unit looks straight out to the beach, but also has a side view up the beach through the two windows just behind the Gulf face of the building.	This is the view off of our private balconey, straight out of the condo.	Looking down and left from our balcony you can see our pool, sand dunes with sea oats, and beyond that at the end of the beach is Johns Pass.

Everyone enjoys sitting on the balcony with the view of miles of beach infront of them. This is the view off the right side of the balcony.	Great sandcastle building in the soft, white sand!	This view of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico was taken from our balcony and is typical of the what you'll see most nights.

This evening while on our private balcony we spotted a pair of dolphins playing near shore!	View off the corner of our balcony late in the day.	The Dining room table has extension leaves to allow 8 to dine.

Vanity table on left, walk in closet is just to the right. The master bath is just beyond the dressing area where you see the towels on the wall.	Master Bathroom. Toilet and tub are in a room separated from the twin granite sinks, new in 2007.

The second bedroom has twin beds.	From the beds in the second bedroom you have a direct Gulf & beach view. (picture before 2007 redecorating)	This is the view out the second bedroom window.

Sit by the poolside and watch the Gulf and feel the sea breeze.	The best sunsets can be seen from our balconey!	From the side window in the Master Bedroom you have a direct view of the Gulf and you also look up the beach for miles!

Hall bathroom has access from the main hallway or the second bedroom. (this is an old picture before it was remodeled with a granite counter)	We're always making upgrades to the unit & the whole family helps.	Playing games in the evening after a long day at the beach!

On the 3d floor, one girl stands infront of our front door. To the right, two girls are standing in the elevator doorway.	This is the elevator and stairwell at the ground level. The headlights on the wall to the right are in our parking space.	The brown van in the middle right of this picture is in our assigned parking place, the elevator is straight ahead.

• We use a professional cleaning service to clean after all guests, so you don't have to do a thing.
• This is a non-smoking unit!!!
• No pets, motorcycles,campers, RV's or trailers are allowed on the property per association rules.
• No more than six people may stay in the condo overnight.
• We collect 12% state and county lodging taxes on each rental.
• All costs are quoted in U.S. dollars.
• Deposit is $150 per week of rental to hold a reservation.
• Final payment is due 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period.
• All payments are non refundable.

1. Call or e-mail us to determine the rate for your desired stay.
2. Let us know that you have decided that you want to make a reservation.
3. We will send you two copies of a one page confirmation letter that reiterates the dates of your stay, the cost, and when the final payment is due.
4. You will need to sign one copy of the confirmation letter, and mail it back to us with $150 deposit for each week of your reservation.
5. Send us a check for the balance of your rental so we receive it at least 30 days prior to your stay.
6. Once we receive the final payment, we will send you a four page letter that answers all your questions about living in the condo, including how to get the keys and emergency contact numbers.
7. When you arrive at the beach you will go to our rental agent's office to pick up the keys. They have a lockbox for after hours pick up, but you have to call ahead to arrange the late pick up.
8. When you arrive at the condo you will need to register your car with the on-site maintenance person to get a parking pass.  Try to do this the first day or second.
9. Enjoy your vacation!
10. Return the keys to the rental agent's office by 10am on your check out day.
